Online Abstract Submission

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

 

  1. All abstracts must be in English and with word limit of 350.
  2. Each registrant may submit more than one abstract
  3. Submissions are accepted on the basis that at least one presenter must register and attend the conference. 
  4. Co-presenters must also be registered in order to present.
  5. All abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by the members of Scientific Programme Committee with the following criteria assessed in equal weight  –
    1. Originality and implications for practice, theory and/or policy;
    2. Quality of academic merit, including contribution to scholarship, critical analysis, and theoretical and/or practical implications
    3. Appropriateness of the methodology, data analysis, and conclusion
    4. Relevance for conference presentation, i.e. relevance to conference themes and to the intended audience;

Method of Submission

  1. All abstracts should be submitted online.  Please click on the button below to complete the submissions -


  2. All other forms of submission are NOT accepted.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance

  1. Notification of acceptance will be sent to authors individually in early July 2010. If you still do not hear from us in August 2010, your submission can be considered as unsuccessful.
  2. Once the presenters receive the notification of abstract acceptance, presenters would be asked to submit their PowerPoint files or any related presentation materials for review.
